SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.

Each of Marina’s works are sent flat, matted and backed with a 3/16” foam board backer (ready for framing).   The assembly is then enclosed with several layers of protective material.  We take pride in our packaging.  We try to ship within 1 business day from the receipt of an order.  Normal deliveries occur within 3 to 6 business days after mailing.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.

International orders are shipped without any matting or backer board.   We can provide free shipping by not sending the works matted.  This substantially reduces the weight of the package. Artwork that is smaller than 18x25 cm will be sent flat (without any mat or backer board) in a protected envelope.   Larger artwork will be rolled and shipped within a 3 inch mailing tube. 

If you desire to have your artwork sent flat and fully matted outside of the United States, please email us and we will calculate the additional postage.   (Example:   A piece that is sent to Italy and is matted in a 28 x 36 cm mat will cost an additional $29.64 USD in postage).

Delivery time will vary from country to country, but a reasonable estimate is 2 to 3 weeks for parcel delivery.  If you desire to have your order expedited, please email us and we will calculate the various options.

We abide by applicable customs requirements and shall make necessary disclosures as to price and content.  Duties, taxes, or any other fees shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.

GENERAL

• Request that the order be waterproofed and we will shrink-wrap it to form a barrier.  There is no charge for this request.  You can make your request under “Instructions to Merchant” when you finalize your order.
  
  
• Ask for signature confirmation to be sure that it will be delivered to somebody in person.  There are extra charges for this service which we will invoice you.  You can make this request by sending an email to uldis@terauds.com .
